All merchandise must be postmarked and dropped to your local post office to Beadsbee Boutique within 15 days of package being delivered to you, we do issue tracking numbers on each of our packages so we will verify those dates accordingly. Merchandise must be in un-used and un-worn condition. Merchandise must be shipped back to Beadsbee Boutique via Insured Mail to the following address: 5526 W 13400 S Suite 353; Herriman, UT 84096. All return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
If you do not meet the above criteria, please do not attempt to return your purchase. It does not meet our criteria and the item(s) will be refused by our Returns Department and sent back to you at your expense.
Once Beadsbee Boutique receives their merchandise back we will process that refund to you for the purchase price of the merchandise, less any shipping/handling that was incurred. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt by Beadsbee Boutique.
There are certain situations where refunds will not be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
If you ordered during a FREE SHIPPING period on our site, please note, your refund will processed for the amount paid less a $5 fee for shipping.

Package must include proof of purchase and a quick note indicating you would like to exchange and for which item you are hoping for. All return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
Buyer must pay any/all difference between the purchase price, if any. If there is a difference, please email us immediately at: firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get you an invoice. If you are exchanging for the exact same item, you will need to add the shipping/handling cost to your cart. That can be found on our front page under Exchanges/Returns at www.beadsbeeboutique.com. Buyer is responsible for all back and forth shipping/handling charges on an exchange.
**Please note: We pick up very limited quantities of our items which allows us to offer them at the lowest prices you will find. That being said, if you are interested in an exchange, please get your original item to us quickly so we don't run out of the item you want. If we do run out, we will issue you a refund upon receipt of original merchandise, less any shipping/handling that we have incurred.
Once Beadsbee Boutique receives their merchandise back and return postage to the buyer has been paid, we will process your exchange. You will be notified once that ships and receive a tracking number for your reference.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items marked with the sale icon cannot be refunded and all Sales are Final.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Beadsbee Boutique cannot and will not be held liable for packages lost in the mail.
